ARRIVAL
Your property will be available from 3pm on your day of arrival.
This apartment is accessed via 3 key codes which will be sent to you on the day of your arrival.

RECEPTION
Reception is a five minute walk away from Beach House and is open from 8am-5pm (seasonal variable).
Reception consists of a welcome area with two sofas, two chairs and a coffee table.
Booking and access to leisure facilities can be made via reception.
Trained staff are available to answer any queries you may have.

PROPERTY ACCESS
Beach House is located on Normanby Terrace and is two cars wide with houses either side. The road is a two way street.
REAR ENTRANCE
There is no rear access to the building.
FRONT ENTRANCE
Beach House has an entrance gate 93cm W, a pathway cm L and then four steps up to the front door. Main door is 83cm W with keypad access at cm H.
After entrance there is a small porch which is 117cm L x 127cm W and an inner door 90cm W.
The hallway is 120cm.
16 steps to Beach House 3, the door is 77cm wide. Steps are cm H x cm W a fixed hand rail to the right at cm H
The 1st landing of Beach House is 75 x 170cm.
APARTMENT ENTRANCE
The entrance door to Beach House 3 has key code lock handle at cm H.
The hallway in Beach House 3 is 70cm and 220cm wide, the hallway leads to the bedroom and the bathroom.
The cupboard (unable to open) is 120cm high.

There is a ledge piping the bedroom wall which is 105cm high from the floor.

There are shops on Skinner Street which runs parallel to Silver Street which include an off licence, post office and a number of other shops.
There is a short walk into the town centre, about 500 metres (steep hill).
PUBLIC AND LOCAL TRANSPORT
The bus station and railway station are only a short walk away, 5-10 minutes at the most. There is also a taxi rank in the town centre which is also only a 5-10 minute walk away (steep hill).
